Jenn utilizes a comprehensive and holistic approach to Shamanic healing to guide individuals through their struggles. This method focuses on confronting and healing inner fears and unresolved issues—often called “shadows”. By bringing these darker aspects of oneself into the light, participants can work towards healing and empowerment, ultimately allowing them to move beyond their challenges and embrace a more fulfilling life.
