Follow Up Sessions
I recommend coming back for sessions between 2 and 4 weeks apart. If more negative energy-releasing work is needed, we can continue where we left off in our last session.
In these sessions, you’ll explore your subconscious mind to get to the root cause of your unwanted energy attachments if you want to figure out why you’re attracting or taking on an abnormal amount of negativity.
In most cases, your anxiety, overwhelm, and stress are the signs that you have unresolved old wounds. Shamanic healing seeks to address issues from the past that continue to influence the present and affect your future.
We will focus on reprogramming self-sabotaging patterns and letting go of protective mechanisms. This will help you break free from unhealthy people or behaviours that keep you stuck in low-vibrational habits and environments.
To achieve this, I will use guided shamanic journeying, shadow work, soul retrieval, past life, ancestral work, subtle energy therapies, active imagination, and Mind-Body practices and methods to access your conscious and subconscious minds and get to the root cause of your core issues.
These shamanic healing methods and practices provide a deep and spiritual way to delve into your inner self, connect with your subconscious aspects and shadow self to discover the deep seeded wounds and traumas, as well as receive guidance from your spirit helpers and animal guides to assist in breaking-free from the grip and effects of toxic negative energy patterns you are caught up in.
