How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the online booking page.

If you’re unsure which offering fits, you’re welcome to book a 20-minute Clarity Call or send a message through the Contact page.

Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

What happens after I book?

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • The full address (for in-person sessions)
  • Zoom link (for virtual sessions)
  • Payment details (if not prepaid)
  • Arrival and parking instructions

If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

How do I book my sessions if I purchased a series?

If you purchased a session series, you’ll book each of your sessions individually using the special booking option created for series clients.

When scheduling, please select:

Prepaid Series Sessions Booking Link.”

This option allows you to reserve your time without being charged again, since your sessions have already been paid for as part of your series.

You can schedule your sessions at a pace that feels supportive for you. Some clients choose to book their sessions weekly, while others prefer spacing them a little further apart.

What is Sacred Shadow Work?

Sacred Shadow Work is a spiritual healing approach that helps people gently explore the parts of themselves shaped by protection, fear, and longing.

What happens in a Soul Listening session?

Sessions include guided journey work, intuitive listening, and energetic healing practices that support clarity and inner safety.

Do you offer sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are available in Ottawa and online via Zoom.

Where are in-person sessions held?

In-person sessions take place in my private residential healing space in Ottawa, Ontario (Alta Vista – Heron/Walkley area).

This is a quiet, home-based practice.
Sessions are by appointment only.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Street parking is available near the house.
Detailed parking guidance is included in your confirmation email.

Please allow a few extra minutes to park and settle before your session.

Are there pets in the home?

Yes — there are friendly cats in the home.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please reach out before booking so we can discuss whether in-person or virtual support is best for you.

What is the 20-minute Clarity Call?

The Clarity Call is a short, gentle conversation to help you decide where to begin.

It is not a coaching session.
It is simply a space to ask questions and feel into alignment.

There is no pressure to book afterward.

To request a Clarity Call, visit my contact page and please fill out the online form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

If you have not prepaid at booking, payment is due at the end of your session.

I accept:

Receipts are available upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

If you are feeling unwell, please reach out. We can often move your session online.

If you are running late call or text me at 613-400-8495.

Do your rates ever change?

From time to time, rates may be adjusted.

The rate in effect at the time of booking will always be honored for that session or package.

Updated pricing will be reflected on the website.

Is this therapy?

No. Sacred Shadow Work and The Inner Gate sessions are not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

This work is spiritually grounded, relational, and consent-centered.

If you are in crisis or require mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

What if I feel nervous before my session?

That’s very common.

Protective parts often become louder before something new.

You do not need to arrive clear or prepared.
You do not need to perform or explain everything perfectly.

We will begin slowly.

Can I arrive early?

You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early.

If you arrive earlier, I may still be with a previous client.

Is this space accessible?

My healing room is on the second floor, accessible by one flight of stairs.

Washroom is available on the same floor.

Mobility concerns? Please let me know if you need extra support—I want your visit to be comfortable.

My space is fragrance-free. Please avoid perfumes, scented lotions, or cologne. Essential oils may be gently diffused; let me know if this affects you.

What You May Notice After a Session

The work we do together often continues to unfold quietly after the session ends.

Some people notice subtle shifts in the hours or days that follow, such as:

  • feeling more relaxed or slightly tired
  • deeper sleep or vivid dreams
  • emotions or memories surfacing
  • moments of new clarity or insight
  • a sense of inner spaciousness or calm

These responses are simply your nervous system and inner world integrating the work.

Sometimes the changes are very subtle. Often the most meaningful shifts appear gradually — in how you feel, how you respond to situations, or how you relate to yourself.

There is nothing you need to force.

Your system will take what it needs from the session and integrate it at a pace that feels safe.

You don’t need to believe anything in particular or have prior experience with this work. We simply begin by listening to what your system is ready to show.

Preparing for Your Session

What should I wear?
Comfortable, layered clothing so you can relax fully.

How can I prepare my mind?
Set a simple intention for your session and approach it with an open heart.

Anything about food, drink, or substances?
Hydrate with water beforehand and avoid alcohol or drugs.

What about scents?
My space is fragrance-free. Please skip perfumes or scented lotions. Essential oils may be diffused; let me know if that’s an issue.

Zoom-specific tips:

  • Quiet space: Find a calm, uninterrupted spot.
  • Tech check: Ensure your device, camera, and microphone work.
  • Prepare your space: Bring blankets, candles, crystals, music, or a journal if you like.
  • Center yourself: Take a few deep breaths or meditate before starting.
  • Limit distractions: Silence notifications and let others know you need quiet time.
