Shamanic Way of Healing

Deep Listening & Inner Exploration

For sensitive and caring people who are seeking clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves.

There are times in life when something feels unresolved.

You may have tried to understand it, process it, or work through it on your own, yet still find yourself carrying emotional heaviness, self-doubt, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or a sense that you’re repeating the same patterns.

Shamanic Way of Healing Sessions offer a gentle space to slow down and listen to what is asking for your attention beneath the surface.

Together, we explore what may be contributing to what you’re experiencing through conversation, deep listening, shamanic healing, energy work, and inner exploration—all at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

A gentle Shamanic Healing The Inner Gate Approach

People often come to these sessions seeking:

  • clarity about a situation, relationship, or life transition
  • relief from emotional heaviness, stress, or overwhelm
  • freedom from repeating patterns
  • healing after loss, heartbreak, or significant change
  • healthier boundaries and relationships
  • a stronger connection to themselves and their intuition
  • support navigating uncertainty or difficult decisions
  • a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and direction

Through this work, many people begin to experience:

  • feeling lighter and more at ease
  • greater self-awareness and understanding
  • increased trust in themselves and their inner wisdom
  • healthier ways of relating to others
  • renewed confidence and personal empowerment
  • more peace, balance, and emotional well-being
  • a stronger connection to their own voice, needs, and desires
  • a greater sense of being grounded in who they are

I’m a Bridge Between Worlds

I work in a way that brings together both the practical and the intuitive.

We don’t just talk about what’s happening—we work with it.

Together, we explore what may be sitting beneath the stress, confusion, emotional heaviness, or repeating patterns you’re experiencing, creating space for insight, healing, and meaningful change.

What I’ve found is this:

A lot of what keeps us stuck isn’t just mental.

It’s often held deeper—in the body, the nervous system, and the energy we carry from past experiences.

That’s why insight alone doesn’t always create change.

This work gives us a way to gently explore and work with those deeper layers.

What Happens in a Session

Each session begins with a conversation.

You share what’s been going on—what feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved.

From there, I guide the session based on what is most present for you.

Depending on your needs, I may weave together intuitive guidance, energy healing, breathwork, and energetic awareness of the chakras, aura, and energy field. Sessions may also include energetic clearing, protection work, guided journeying, Power Retrieval, Soul Retrieval, Past Life exploration, or connecting with Spirit Guides and Animal Allies.

My advanced practice may also draw upon the Akashic Records, timeline healing, energetic and space clearing work, and other shamanic healing approaches when appropriate.

You don’t need to understand any of these practices beforehand.

You are guided through the process.

75 minutes — $150 CAD
90 minutes — $175 CAD

Some people choose to explore specific areas more deeply over time through sessions such as Soul Memory (past life work) or Power Retrieval.

Others may find that Reiki & Energy Healing is a better fit if they’re primarily seeking relaxation, energetic balance, grounding, and support for overall well-being.

The Shamanic Way of Healing often serves as a starting place, helping us explore what is asking for attention and what support may be most helpful moving forward.

Working with Jennifer changed my life. It opened the doors to deep inner healing that occurred faster in two beginner sessions than months of coaching work or other work combined for years. It got me to the root of my limiting beliefs with regards to relationships and cultivate a healthier relationship with myself, thus improving those in my life. I am so grateful for her guidance and working together.

Jennifer is a gifted and talented guide. Through working with her I was able to go much deeper than I ever have been able to on my own. I always felt safe and supported although shadow work is never easy. I would not hesitate to recommend her and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I’ve been drawn to this work for as long as I can remember. The energy felt like it was dancing all around me and lifting me up. It felt like I was launched gently upwards and onto a much higher plane. Always feeling completely free and protected. I’ve been coming for a little over a year now and feel like I’m 180 degrees different and for the better. People closest to me are seeing the changes and happy for me.

Thank you for opening a portal into what has been one of the most profound, sacred spiritual journeys that I’ve ever embarked on. I guess the day I saw you aligned really well with the cosmic frequency. So many connections came to fruition. There is just so much, but I am receiving signs all day. I cannot thank you enough for your guidance. Thank you again; words do not express enough of my gratitude. Light and Love.

Why People Seek Out a Shaman

Most people don’t start here.

They’ve already tried to understand what’s going on.
They’ve reflected, processed, talked things through, and maybe explored other forms of healing.

And still… something doesn’t fully shift.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong—
but because what they’re carrying may not only be mental.

Sometimes it’s held in the body.
Sometimes in the nervous system.
Sometimes in the emotional and energetic weight of past experiences, relationships, grief, or prolonged stress.

At some point, many people realize they can no longer think their way through what they’re feeling.

That’s often when people begin looking for a different kind of support.

Not more pressure.
Not more forcing.

But a gentler way to listen to what may be happening underneath it all.

This work is not about fixing you.

It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore what your body, energy, emotions, and inner world may already be trying to communicate.

What This Work Helps With

Many people arrive at this work feeling tired of managing symptoms without truly understanding what’s underneath them.

They may have learned ways to cope, stay busy, stay positive, or keep moving forward—but underneath it all, the same feelings, patterns, or heaviness continue to return.

Sometimes it can feel like putting a band-aid over something that is asking for deeper care and attention.

This work is often less focused on “fixing” surface behaviours,
and more focused on gently exploring the roots beneath them.

The emotional weight that was never fully processed.
The nervous system that has been carrying stress for too long.
The relationship patterns that keep repeating.
The grief, burnout, fear, disconnection, or energetic exhaustion that words alone don’t always reach.

Rather than only asking, “How do I make this stop?”
this work also asks:

“What is this trying to show me?”
“What has been left unheard?”
“What part of me needs care, support, or reconnection?”

Healing doesn’t always come from pushing harder.
Sometimes it begins by slowing down enough to listen more deeply to what has been carried underneath the surface for a long time.

What Is Shamanic Healing?

Shamanic healing is a gentle, experiential approach that works with both the practical and the intuitive.

Rather than focusing only on talking about a challenge, it offers ways to explore what may be happening beneath the surface through guided journeying, inner exploration, energy healing, and deep listening.

One of the core practices used in this work is called journeying.

Journeying is a guided process that uses relaxation, imagination, symbolism, and inner awareness to explore your inner landscape. Some people experience it as active imagination, while others experience it as connecting with deeper parts of themselves, spirit allies, archetypes, or sources of inner wisdom.

There is no right or wrong way to experience a journey.

You remain aware and in control throughout the process while being gently guided to explore images, feelings, memories, symbols, and insights that arise from within.

Through journeying, we can begin to better understand recurring patterns, reconnect with lost or forgotten parts of ourselves, access guidance, and explore new possibilities for healing and growth.

At its heart, shamanic healing is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself—creating space to listen, heal, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.

A Few Common Misconceptions About Shamanic Healing

Many people are curious about shamanic healing but aren’t quite sure what to expect.

You do not need to be spiritual, follow a particular belief system, or have any previous experience with shamanic practices to benefit from this work.

Shamanic healing is not about predicting your future, telling you what choices to make, or convincing you to see the world in a certain way.

It is also not about forcing you to revisit painful experiences before you’re ready.

Instead, this work creates a gentle space to explore what may be sitting beneath the challenges you’re experiencing and to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, insight, and healing capacity.

You remain in control of the process. We move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Many people find that the experience feels much more grounded, practical, and empowering than they expected.
