Terms of Participation

By using this website or participating in any offering, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Work

All offerings fall under Sacred Shadow Work and shamanic healing practices and are spiritual and educational in nature.

This work:

  • Does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions

  • Does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services

  • Does not offer guaranteed outcomes

This work supports awareness, relationship, and integration rather than fixing or curing.

One-to-One Sessions (1:1)

In individual sessions:

  • Confidentiality is held with care, except where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others)

  • You are invited to share only what feels appropriate

  • You may pause, redirect, or stop the session at any time

  • Consent and pacing are revisited throughout the session

One-to-one work allows for personalized pacing, reflection, and attunement.

Group Work & Circles

Group offerings (including circles, journeys, and series) involve shared space with others.

In group settings:

  • Confidentiality is encouraged but cannot be guaranteed

  • Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories outside the group

  • You are responsible for choosing what you share publicly

  • Silent participation, witnessing, or stepping back is always allowed

Group work emphasizes collective presence, energetic holding, and shared ritual rather than individual processing.

Personal Responsibility & Consent

Participation in all offerings is voluntary.

You are responsible for:

  • Noticing and honouring your own limits

  • Communicating needs, boundaries, or concerns

  • Seeking additional professional support when needed

You may withdraw from participation at any time.

Scope & Suitability

This work may not be appropriate if you are currently experiencing:

  • Active mental health crisis or suicidal ideation

  • Severe dissociation or unmanaged psychosis

  • Active substance dependence without additional support

If you are unsure whether an offering is appropriate for you, you are encouraged to reach out before registering.

Results & Expectations

No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

Experiences may be subtle, emotional, symbolic, or quiet. Insight and change often unfold gradually and differently for each person.
