Some people find that one session gives them exactly what they need, while others choose to continue their healing journey over time.
If you’re interested in ongoing support, I offer customized multi-session options designed around your individual needs rather than fixed packages. We can discuss what you’re looking for and create an approach that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with where you are right now.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to explore what that might look like.
A small number of sliding scale spaces are available.
If you feel called to this work but cost is a concern, please reach out.
If something here resonates,
you’re welcome to begin.
