You may be wondering what a session will be like, what you’ll be asked to do, or whether this type of work is right for you.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and guided by your comfort level. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to share, no expectation to have everything figured out, and no need to prepare in a special way.

Whether you come for an Shamanic Healing or Reiki ~ Energy Healing, we begin exactly where you are.

Before Your Session

There is very little you need to do to prepare.

If it feels supportive, you may wish to:

  • wear comfortable clothing
  • have water nearby
  • leave yourself a little quiet time afterward
  • avoid alcohol or recreational substances beforehand

If we’re meeting online, simply choose a space where you can be reasonably comfortable and undisturbed.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear intention. We can discover that together.

We Begin With Conversation

Every session begins with a conversation.

We’ll spend some time exploring what has been happening in your life, what feels most present, and what you hope to receive from our time together.

You may arrive with a specific concern, or you may simply know that something feels off, heavy, or unresolved.

Both are perfectly welcome.

Together, we’ll listen for what feels ready to be explored.

The Shamanic Way of Healing

Shamanic Healing sessions combine compassionate conversation, guided inner exploration, intuitive insight, and energetic healing.

These sessions are often chosen by people who want to better understand recurring patterns, gain clarity about a situation, reconnect with themselves, or explore a deeper level of healing and self-discovery.

These sessions are often chosen by people who are feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of support and renewal.

Reiki & Energy Healing can be a beautiful place to begin if you’re looking for a gentle yet meaningful healing experience.

During the Session

Every session unfolds a little differently because every person is different.

Sometimes the work stays primarily in conversation.

Sometimes we move into a guided inner experience, healing process, or energy work.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.

Your comfort and consent guide the pace.

If something feels too intense, we pause.

If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust.

If something feels unclear, we talk about it.

Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed.
