I offer Sacred Shadow Work and shamanic healing through soul listening, gentle journeying, and relational presence. This work honors the natural ways your inner world organizes itself and is guided by consent, safety, and right pacing—not force, fixing, or performance.
This work is spiritual and educational in nature and does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Participation is always a choice, and you are encouraged to seek additional support when needed.

In-person sessions take place in my private residential healing space in Ottawa (Alta Vista/Heron/Walkley area), Ontario.
