The Medicine of Winter
A Winter Solstice Shamanic Journey & Seasonal Gathering
Sunday, December 20 | 2:00–4:00 p.m. ET | Online via Zoom
As we approach the Winter Solstice and the longest night of the year, there is a natural invitation to slow down, turn inward and listen.
Winter has its own medicine.
It invites us into stillness. To rest. To let go of what we no longer need to carry. And to spend a little time in the darkness—not as something to fear or move quickly through, but as a place where we can listen more deeply to ourselves.
And from that stillness, we can begin to notice the light that is quietly returning.
What to expect
The Medicine of Winter is a special two-hour seasonal gathering—a space to step away from the busyness of December and spend an afternoon in reflection, journey and connection.
Together, we’ll move through gentle breathwork and grounding, guided meditation, personal reflection and journaling, energy work, and a shamanic journey inspired by the medicine of Winter and the turning of the season.
There will be time to pause along the way—to write, have a cup of tea, sit quietly with what is unfolding, and simply be.
As we move through our time together, we’ll explore the natural rhythm of the Solstice: entering the darkness, releasing what is ready to be released, listening for what Winter has to offer, and welcoming the gradual return of the light.
There will also be opportunities to share reflections with the group if you wish, but sharing is always optional. You are welcome to experience the afternoon in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
