Sometimes this can show up as anxiety, burnout, emotional fatigue, irritability, or simply feeling weighed down without fully understanding why.

Stuck in Repeating Patterns

You may notice the same experiences, emotions, or relationship dynamics continuing to repeat, even when part of you is trying hard to move forward.

This can look like returning to the same kinds of relationships, self-doubt, emotional reactions, fears, or cycles of overwhelm again and again. Often, these patterns are connected to deeper emotional wounds, survival responses, or unresolved experiences that haven’t fully been processed or released.

Sometimes insight alone isn’t enough to create change. The deeper layers also need care, attention, and healing.

Relationships can deeply affect our emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Some experiences stay with us long after they’ve ended.

You may find yourself emotionally tied to past relationships, painful memories, old wounds, grief, regrets, or experiences that still feel emotionally present in your life. Even when you want to move forward, part of you may still feel stuck holding onto what happened.

This work gently supports the process of understanding, releasing, healing, and reconnecting with yourself in the present moment.

Deeply Affected by the People Around You

Sensitive people often feel things deeply — including the emotions, stress, moods, and energy of the people around them.

You may notice yourself absorbing other people’s tension, carrying emotional weight that isn’t fully yours, or feeling drained after certain interactions or environments. Over time, this can lead to emotional exhaustion, anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from your own needs and emotions.

Sometimes people become so focused on supporting, helping, or emotionally managing others that they slowly lose connection with themselves.

Living in Survival Mode for Too Long

When someone has been under stress for a long time, the nervous system can begin to live in a constant state of protection, tension, or emotional vigilance.

You may feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, disconnected from yourself, unable to fully rest, or always trying to “hold it together.” Over time, survival mode can make it difficult to feel grounded, emotionally safe, clear, or fully connected to life.

Healing is not about forcing yourself to “push through.” Often it begins by creating enough safety, support, and space for the body, mind, and emotions to slowly soften and settle again.

How I Work

My approach is gentle, grounded, and supportive.

Sessions may include deep listening, shamanic healing practices, Reiki and energy healing, guided inner exploration, and nervous-system-aware support.

This work is not about forcing change or “fixing” you.

It is about creating space to listen to what is underneath the overwhelm and support healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
