A Steady, Consent-Based Healing Experience

If you are sensitive or intuitive, not knowing what will happen can feel activating.

This page is here to reduce that uncertainty.

Whether you come for Inner Listening Shamanic Sessions or Reiki & Energy Healing, the work is grounded, relational, and paced according to your nervous system.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.

You are not expected to perform vulnerability or “go deep.”

Before Your Session

You do not need to prepare in a special way.

If it feels supportive, you may:

  • wear comfortable clothing
  • have water nearby
  • set aside quiet time afterward
  • avoid alcohol or substances before your session

If meeting online, choose a space where you feel reasonably undisturbed.

There is no need to arrive with a clear intention.
We can discover that together.

At the Beginning

We begin by gently orienting to what is present.

You may be asked:

  • What feels most present for you today?
  • Where do you notice tension, resistance, or hesitation?
  • What feels important right now?

From here, we listen for what your system is ready for.

Sometimes this is more verbal and exploratory.
Sometimes it is quieter and more energetic.

There is no right way to arrive.

During the Session

Each session unfolds differently, depending on what feels supportive and appropriate.

At times, these approaches may naturally overlap.

You are always informed before we shift direction.

If something feels like too much, we pause.
If something feels unclear, we clarify.
If something doesn’t resonate, we adjust.

Your consent guides the depth.

Inner Listening Shamanic Sessions may include:

  • guided inner exploration
  • working with protective parts (the Protector)
  • connecting with deeper desires or direction (the Dreamer)
  • shamanic journey work
  • meeting your Spirit Guide, Higher Self, and/or Power Animals.
  • soul or power retrieval
  • ancestral or lineage themes
  • boundary repair or energetic clearing

Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions are typically:

  • quieter and more restorative
  • focused on calming the nervous system
  • supporting energetic balance and regulation
  • hands-on (in-person) or distance-based (online)
  • a gentle entry point into deeper inner work

What It Feels Like

Most sessions feel:

  • grounded
  • steady
  • reflective
  • gently clarifying

Sometimes there is emotion, but not overwhelm.

Many people feel calmer at the end than when they began.

This work is not about catharsis or intensity.
It is about creating the conditions where your system can safely settle, reveal, and reorganize.

After Your Session

What You May Notice

The work we do together doesn’t always end when the session does.
Your system may continue to process and integrate quietly over the hours or days that follow.

Many people feel calm, clear, or more settled.
Others notice subtle shifts as their nervous system adjusts.

You might experience:

  • a sense of deep relaxation or tiredness
  • feeling quieter or more inward
  • emotional openness or reflection
  • shifts in perspective or awareness
  • a desire for more rest or space

Sometimes, the body can also respond as it settles:

  • mild headache
  • fatigue
  • temporary sensitivity or feeling “off”

These experiences are usually short-lived and part of your system finding its own balance again.

Supporting Your Integration

There is nothing you need to do or figure out.

If it feels supportive, you might:

  • drink a little extra water
  • allow for more rest
  • spend time in quiet or nature
  • move gently and give yourself space

Your system will take what it needs, at its own pace.

When to Take Extra Care

If you experience stronger or ongoing physical symptoms (such as persistent headache, nausea, or anything that feels concerning), it’s important to care for yourself in a practical way.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider if needed.

This work is meant to support you—not to replace medical care.

Others begin with Reiki & Energy Healing for grounding and support.

Both are valid entry points.

We simply begin by listening to what your system is ready for.

They support emotional and energetic integration and Sacred Shadow Work.

They are not psychotherapy and do not replace clinical mental health care.
