Cancellation Policy
This policy is here to provide clear expectations around cancellations, rescheduling, and missed appointments.
I understand that plans can change and unexpected situations happen. At the same time, when you book a session or reserve a place in a group, that time has been set aside for you. Thank you for respecting the following guidelines.
One-to-One Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- With at least 48 hours’ notice, your appointment can be rescheduled to another available date.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
If unexpected circumstances prevent you from providing 48 hours’ notice, please contact me directly. At my discretion, your appointment may be moved to another available date.
Group Offerings, Circles & Series
Registration for group offerings, including circles, workshops, journeys, and multi-session programs, is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the offering and circumstances, I may be able to transfer your registration to another available date or offer a credit toward a future offering.
Missed group sessions are non-refundable.
For multi-session programs or series, missed sessions cannot be refunded or credited individually.
Illness & Emergencies
If illness, an emergency, or another unexpected situation prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as you can.
While payments are non-refundable, I understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. When appropriate and at my discretion, I may be able to reschedule your session or offer a credit toward a future date.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The full session fee still applies.
Your Responsibility
By booking a session or registering for a group offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.

A Final Note
I appreciate that life doesn’t always go according to plan. This policy allows me to keep clear boundaries around the time I reserve for each client while still leaving room for understanding when unexpected circumstances arise.
