The Sacred Pause — A Midday Reset is a twice-monthly online offering created to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and gentle return—without pressure, performance, or emotional exposure.

This is not deep healing work.
It is tending the conditions that make healing possible.

What This Space Is

The Sacred Pause is a 45-minute lunchtime gathering designed to help your body and nervous system soften.

This space supports you to:

  • Release accumulated tension and bracing
  • Reconnect with your breath and body
  • Settle your nervous system in the middle of the day
  • Stay in relationship with yourself without needing to open or explain anything

There is no sharing.
There is no requirement to participate actively.
You are welcome to arrive tired, distracted, or unsure.

What We’ll Do Together

Each gathering unfolds intuitively and gently. Practices may include:

  • Regulating breathwork
  • Guided meditation or contemplative rest
  • Yoga Nidra or body-based visualization
  • Subtle awareness practices that support safety and presence

All practices are invitational and adaptable.
You are free to lie down, sit, step away, or simply listen.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is demanded.

How This Fits With My Other Work

The Sacred Pause exists alongside my one-on-one Sacred Shadow Work and shamanic healing sessions.

It is for moments when:

  • You want support without intensity
  • You want connection without being seen
  • You want to stay resourced between deeper sessions
  • You want a place to land without opening anything tender

Some people attend as preparation for one-on-one work.
Some come between sessions to maintain regulation.
Some come simply to rest in a shared, low-demand space.

Over the past few months, I’ve been attending the Lunchtime Energy Resets with Jennifer, and they have truly been a blessing. These sessions offered a comforting and much-needed respite, and Jennifer introduced a variety of meditation practices, with yoga nidra among my favourites.

The past few weeks were especially stressful, but these sessions helped me remain positive and focused. Now that things have settled, I can clearly see how instrumental they were in keeping me grounded and hopeful during that time.

Before you go ahead and sign up, let’s ensure this is the perfect match for you. Take a moment to read the important information below!

  1. Come to Listen and Receive: All participants’ microphones will be muted during the session, as this will be a presentation rather than a group discussion.
  2. Show Up on Time: I’ll be happy to wait for about five minutes for anyone running late, but after that, we’ll need to close the Zoom room and get started.
  3. No Recordings: Due to the nature of this work, I am not recording these sessions and cannot grant permission for anyone else to do so.
  4. Let’s Have Reasonable Expectations. Healing happens on multiple levels and varies for each individual. Since these sessions are short and designed to give participants a taste of the energy work I offer, I cannot promise complete healing. However, if you wish to delve deeper into your issues, we can explore them further through several one-on-one sessions.
  5. I plan to ask for a testimonial after our session. If you enjoyed your experience, I would love it if you could provide a testimonial for me. It would help me promote future lunchtime energy reset sessions!
