HOW DO SESSIONS WORK?

A healing session is designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through various techniques. During the session, I create a safe and supportive environment for the client. I may use methods such as guided meditation, energy work, or coaching methods to facilitate healing and release any blockages. The process encourages self-reflection, relaxation, and a deeper connection to one’s inner self. By the end of the session, clients often feel a sense of relief, clarity, and renewed energy, paving the way for personal growth and healing.

My sessions are conducted one-on-one, either in-person or virtually over Zoom, allowing you to choose the option that suits you best. Rest assured, all sessions are confidential, and your 100% privacy and safety are always guaranteed. Additionally, I conduct all sessions in English.

APPOINTMENT Info

I work from Monday to Saturday, but please note that my times vary each week, so be sure to consult the calendar for availability.

IN-PERSON:

My Cozy Home Space: 1857 Florida Ave, Ottawa (Alta Vista), Ontario, K1H6Y9 (MAP)

  • Free parking is available on my street and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
  • My healing room is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs.
  • My home does not have air conditioning.
  • My home is scent-free, so I kindly ask that you refrain from wearing fragrances, scented lotions, perfumes, cologne, etc.
  • No food or drink (except water) is permitted in my space.
  • My house is home to 3 cats, but I keep them out of my healing space. If you have any allergies, please let me know, and I’ll make the necessary preparations.

  • Direct link to my Zoom Meeting Room: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5067499759.
  • Joining the meeting works best when you already have an account and use the Zoom client software instead of the web.
  • The direct link will let you into the waiting room meeting without a password. When it’s time for our session, I will admit you into the room.

BOOKING Instructions

Web Calendar Bookings

Use my online Square Appointments site: This option requires prepayment by credit card.

  1. Select one of the services listed on my booking site by clicking the “Book Now” link.
  2. Select your session options: session length/in-person or Zoom.
  3. Click the “Book” button to proceed.
  4. Select your preferred date and time from the calendar.
  5. Complete the form with your contact information and credit card details.
  6. Complete the booking by clicking the “Book Appointment” button.
  7.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once the booking is complete.

* Online Appointments must be made 18 hours in advance. If you want to schedule a last-minute session, please text me at 613-400-8495 or email shamanjennifer@gmail.com to confirm availability.

Manual Bookings:

If you would like to pay by cash, credit card (in person), debit card, or e-transfer, please email me at shamanjennifer@gmail.com or text me at 613-400-8495 to request your preferred date and time.

* Once we confirm your session, please provide your full name, email address, and phone number so I can manually add you to my calendar.

Booking your prepaid package appointments

Want to buy a package? Follow this link

To redeem your package appointments:

  1. Select the “Prepaid Sessions” booking option from the Square Appointment page.
  2. Choose your desired service, staff member (if applicable), date, and time slot.
  3. Add your contact details (or sign in if you’re a returning client).
  4. Click the “Book Appointment” button to complete the booking.
  5. You should receive a confirmation notification.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Visit my cancellation policy page.
  • There are no refunds for no-shows or for last-minute cancellations on the day of your appointment.
  • Let me know if you are running late by calling or texting 613-400-8495.
  • If you arrive late for your appointment, you will receive treatment for the remainder of your booked time.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION:

In-person and Zoom

  1. Arrive on Time: Give yourself enough time to arrive at the appointed hour.
  2. Dress Comfortably: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax during the session. Consider dressing in layers in case you get warm or cold.
  3. Set Your Intentions: Take some time before the session to think about what you want to achieve. Setting clear intentions can enhance your experience.
  4. Hydrate: Drink some water before the session to stay hydrated. It can support your energy flow during the healing process.
  5. Be Open-Minded: Approach the session with an open heart and mind. Being receptive can significantly enhance the healing experience.
  6. Avoid the use of any alcohol or drugs.

* My home is scent-free: I kindly ask that you refrain from wearing fragrances, scented lotions, perfumes, or cologne. I may diffuse essential oils in my healing room; however, if this will bother you, please let me know.

Zoom specific:

  1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a comfortable, quiet area where you won’t be disturbed during the session. This helps create a peaceful environment for both you and the practitioner.
  2. Check Your Technology: Ensure that your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) is charged and has a stable internet connection. Test your camera and microphone to make sure they are working properly.
  3. Download Zoom: If you haven’t already, download the Zoom app on your device and create a free account. Familiarize yourself with how to join a meeting.
  4. Gather Any Materials: such as your beloved crystals, light a candle, burn incense, a journal, extra blankets, and play calming music to create the support space you need.
  5. Relax and Center Yourself: Spend a few moments in meditation or deep breathing to calm your mind and prepare yourself for the session. This can help you be more open to the experience.
  6. Limit Distractions: Turn off notifications on your devices and ask others in your household to minimize noise and interruptions during your session.
